Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. You authorize AlphaShark Trading to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fees until you cancel.
AlphaShark Trading reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to current subscribers.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing login credentials or trade alert content with non-subscribers is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
Each subscription is for a single individual user only. Redistribution of alerts, portfolio data, or educational content through any medium is prohibited.
Risk Acknowledgement
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Trading stocks, options, futures, and currencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
- Past performance of any trading strategy is not indicative of future results.
- You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and will not hold AlphaShark Trading liable for any losses incurred.
- All trades presented are for educational purposes and should not be construed as recommendations to buy or sell any specific security.
- You should only trade with risk capital — money you can afford to lose without affecting your financial security or lifestyle.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of AlphaShark Trading.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AlphaShark Trading, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.
Modifications to Agreement
AlphaShark Trading reserves the right to modify this Subscriber Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
